The Common Oil-Removal Methods Of Aluminium Pretreatment

1.Oil Removing By Surfactant

　　Surfactant,a sort of compound with amphiphilic structure of lipophilic group and hydrophilic group,forms micelle when being dissolved in water,can reduce the surface tension of water,and make the greasy dirt curl up and break away from the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys to remove oils and stains by the function of wetting,emulsification solubilization and dispersion for greasy dirt.

2.Oil Removing By Solvent

　　Oil removing by organic solvent is that the grease of animals,plants and mineral are removed by the dissolution of oraganic solvent.Chemical oil removing and electrochemistry oil removing are necessary after oil removing by organic solvent.Most of solvents are flammable and poisonous,especially the hydrogen chloride solvent will destroy the ozone sphere in atmosphere.

3.Chemical Oil Removing

　　The dyebath of chemical oil removing is not only alkaline but also acid,and includes the surfactant and other additives.

4.Oil Removing By Ultrasonic

　　There are so many vacuum holes in solution formed by ultrasonic machinery,these vacuum holes have intense impact effect for greasy dirt on the surface of work-pieces because of strong oscillatory when forming and closing,which contributes to the greasy dirt peeled from surface of work-pieces,enhance the saponification and emulsification,shorten the decontamination time,and thoroughly remove the greasy dirt of pores and blind holes.

5.Electrolysis(electrochemistry) Oil Removing

　　Electrolysis oil removing can decrease the tension of interface about metal&solution to let the solution permeate into greasy dirt easily and wet matrix according to the polarization under the electric field action by the aluminum products.At the same time,due to the electrolysis of water,abundant hydrogen and oxygen are separated out.These gas strike and laniate oil film fiercely,stir the electrolyte mightily and expedite renewal of solution on the surface of oil film,which can make the oil film disperse tiny oil droplets and separate itself from electrolyte to form the emulsion.

　　１.Oil-removal Powder Cienalo-AL2:The alkalescent product with the weak corrosion effect can remove the greasy dirt or stains from the surface of aluminum and their alloys effectively,contains the corrosion inhibitor and does not damage the polished surface.

　　２.Oil-removal Powder AL-CLEAN DA5:The degreaser applied to aluminum and their alloys does not contain phosphate and silicate,is excellent in degreasing and cleaning,has the little corrosion to the metal matrix and can remove completely the stubborn oil stains of the polishing agents.

　　３. Special-effect Degreaser (A):The neutral cream of low foam which is easily dissolved in water and has the strong detergency can remove all kinds of fats and oils on the surface of aluminum and their alloys.
